Artists Guide ? Cold run of the intro.
Here is the attempt at killing two birds with one stone on Monday. The unedited cold take of the artists guide intro while shooting footage for the Wednesday YouTube video blog.
Thank goodness for Jason Rubal and Seventh Wave Studio for cleaning me up and making me sound professional. I understand why they call it voiceover talent and with the new artist?s guide book, you are all stuck with me. Samuel L. Jackson, Al Pacino, Morgan Freeman, Bill Cosby and Kathleen Turner did not get back to me.
So with out further adieu, and you can follow along below? The opening segment in an unedited cold take of the TAG2nd Introduction with bloopers, screw ups and all.
The Artists Guide to Success in the Music Business, 2nd Edition, is a detailed analysis of the subjects that all musicians should understand and apply to pursue a successful and sustainable career in music today. Full of practical advice, this music industry book provides comprehensive details on how to achieve self-empowerment and optimize your success in today?s music business. From production and performance tips to marketing and career-building advice, this music business book instructs and empowers artists on how to take the hard-earned lessons of a fellow musician and put them to work in their own careers. This is the updated version; do not go back and buy Volume 1.
TAG2nd Shares the ?Who, What, When, Where, Why & How? of the Steps that Musicians & Bands?Have?to Take to Succeed in Music.
This is not a step-by-step instructional how-to book. This is not the end-all, be-all career guide, and as long as the book may seem, this just scratches the surface of today?s music industry. Some parts you may already have in check, organized and working. Other sections may be an eye-opener and might make you bring certain aspects of your career back to the drawing table. Other parts might give you the ideas for some small tweaks and refinements to push through a wall that may be in the way. Some of this stuff you might know, other bits you might not.
Every miniscule detail is not addressed, but the broad spectrum of ideas, applications and methods are laid out in a solid blueprint form for each artist or industry professional to use different pieces in their own personal way.
My goal for this book is for you to find the information that you need, or may be lacking; information that you can personalize and apply to your career and/or the careers of the artists you work with.
